Return & Refund Policy – ZangoParts
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and labels.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.
Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Some items are not eligible for return due to the nature of the products we deal in. These include:
- Electrical and electronic parts once installed or connected
- Items that show signs of wear, tampering, or improper handling
- Customized or special-order parts
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or sold under a clearance promotion
- Products damaged due to improper installation, use, or negligence
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at Zangosteering87@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Ship the product to the following address:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us.
4. Inspection and Approval
Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it within 2 business days and inform you via email whether your return has been approved or rejected.
Approved returns will be processed for refund or exchange as per your preference.
5. Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take additional time for the refund to reflect.
- If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at Zangosteering87@gmail.com for support.
7. Exchanges
We offer product replacement only for items that are defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect as per the order.
To request an exchange:
- Email your request to Zangosteering87@gmail.com with order details and photographs.
- Exchanges are subject to availability of the product.
9. Return Shipping Guidelines
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your return is approved for refund, the cost of return shipping (if paid by us) will be deducted from your refund.
- For items over ₹5,000 or $75, use a trackable courier service or consider shipping insurance.
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking confirmation.
